Nalley Consulting is seeking a Transportation and Logistics Analyst (Network Developer) to join our Washington, DC-based team. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph and a strong background in all-source analysis of complex networks.

Candidate must have 3+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of all-source analytics in lieu of a degree. The position emphasizes production of high-quality written briefs and strategic insight for collection

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or 7+ years experience in lieu of degree.
• 3+ years of experience in transportation/logistics analysis or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent technical analysis of complex networks and exploitation.
• Provide assessments on structures, dynamics, and functions of networks at group to global levels.
• Inform strategic decisions and support operations through network and target development.
