Qualifications

• 2+ years of investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity experience.
• 1+ year as a sell-side M&A Associate preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex financial analyses and valuation methodologies.
• Strong project management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Must obtain FINRA licensing (SIE, Series 79, Series 63) within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Drive analytical workstreams in support of live M&A deal execution.
• Oversee and mentor Analysts; partner with senior bankers.
• Support business development and contribute to pitch materials.
