• Strong communication and performance-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure DOT compliance and safe working conditions for drivers.
• Drive on-time delivery and proactive issue resolution for customers.
• Collaborate with warehousing, sales, fleet maintenance, and planning.
