Job summary

Trulieve in Hancock, MD seeks a Transportation Lead to supervise daily driver activities and oversee the transportation team. You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency while representing the company professionally to dispensaries and partners.

You will train new drivers, manage manifests, and coordinate with multiple departments to maintain timely deliveries. A CDL is preferred and 21+ years old applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation and logistics leadership.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• CDL license strongly preferred.
• Open availability for odd shifts and irregular hours.
• Experience operating box trucks with refrigeration.
• Ability to drive in varied weather and traffic conditions.
• Strong communication with staff, vendors, and public.
• Excellent organization and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with cannabis industry regulations (DOT/DOH).

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles daily and ensure safety equipment is functional.
• Oversee maintenance logs and transportation manifests.
• Train new drivers on safety, documentation, and professional conduct.
• Ensure DOT and DOH regulations are followed at all times.
• Communicate transport status across departments.
• Represent the company professionally to customers and dispensaries.
