Job summary

Trulieve in Florida is seeking a Driver – Logistics to distribute products and work materials to customers and partners, representing the company professionally while keeping costs down. The role requires the ability to drive on varied routes and schedules, with a focus on safety and DOT compliance.

The driver will transport between Trulieve facilities across Florida, handle loading/unloading, and communicate status updates to customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in commercial delivery.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• CDL license strongly preferred.
• Open availability for last-minute long-distance trips throughout Florida.
• Experience operating commercial box trucks and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to drive in varying weather and traffic conditions.
• Ability to engage professionally with personnel, visitors, government agencies and the public.

Responsibilities

• Transport product between Trulieve facilities and locations throughout Florida.
• Work various hours with irregular shifts and days.
• Load and unload vehicles; prepare transportation manifests per DOH regulations.
• Follow routes and time schedules.
• Maintain professional communication with customers regarding arrival times and status updates.
• Load, unload, inspect and operate delivery vehicle.
• Ask for feedback and resolve client complaints.
• Complete logs and reports; follow DOT regulations and safety standards.
• All other duties as assigned.

Skills

5+ years delivery experience

Valid driver's license

CDL license preferred
