Job summary

Trulieve in Reading, PA is seeking a Driver in the Supply Chain department. The Driver will distribute products and materials to customers and business partners, represent the company professionally, and support timely deliveries.

Requirements include at least 5 years of delivery experience, a valid driver's license (CDL strongly preferred), ability to work flexible hours, and compliance with cannabis industry regulations. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a Driver with 5+ years of commercial delivery.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• CDL license strongly preferred.
• Open availability for irregular hours and long-distance trips within PA.
• Experience with box trucks and refrigeration systems beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Transport product between Trulieve facilities and various locations across the state.
• Load/unload vehicles, prepare manifests, obtain signatures per DOH rules.
• Follow routes, communicate ETAs, and maintain customer contact.
• Drive safely, follow DOT regulations, and complete logs/reports.
• Provide professional service and handle customer feedback.
