Job Details: Job Location: Cash-Wa Lincoln - Lincoln, NE 68528, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $26.00 - $33.00, Travel Percentage: Road Warrior, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Transportation, We currently have open a Transportation Lead position which also needs to be able to run routes as necessary.

Leads are responsible for overseeing and coordinating the routes in their area. They will train and educate drivers in methods/procedures, provide guidance as needed, and holding them accountable for results. Leads must also ensure they are utilizing manpower efficiently to achieve the goals and minimizing labor costs while satisfying the customer.

Duties and Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 100lbs

Driver Requirements

• 21 years old (interstate driving is possible)
• Current CDL License
• Have a good driving record

Required Education
