Perdue Foods in Salisbury, MD is seeking an IT Systems Analyst - Transportation to support and advance the technology solutions that power our transportation and logistics operations. In this role, you’ll partner with business and IT teams to design, enhance, and support critical applications that drive operational efficiency, system performance, and business success.

The salary range for this position is $78,000 - $116,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, with a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering or related field.
• 4 years IT or equivalent experience with transportation industry applications.
• Experience in Transportation HOS, TMS, Fleet/Asset Management and Fleet Maintenance.
• Experience in requirements gathering and documenting technical specs.
• Data reporting/analytics with PowerBI, Tableau, Dataiku, Snowflake and related tools.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP modules and IT testing management tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate system requirements into detailed designs using Perdue methodology and Clarizen.
• Code, test, configure, and document programs from detailed specifications.
• Provide Tier 1 & 2 system maintenance support for subject area.
• Maintain training documentation and 24/7 on‑call support for assigned systems.
• Lead and assist project delivery teams to fully develop configuration of final solution.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and participate in IT Architecture activities.
• Ensure change controls and incident tickets are handled per policy.
• Support IT strategic roadmap goals for transportation subject area.
