Job summary

HDR is seeking a Transportation Intern in the United States. You will gain real-world experience on exciting transportation projects and connect with company leaders through mentoring programs.

You will apply standard engineering techniques for basic design tasks, data collection, planset and estimate creation, under supervision of a Project Manager. Preferred qualifications include pursuing engineering studies with a 3.0+ GPA and familiarity with MicroStation/OpenRoads Designer and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program.
• Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain real-world experience on exciting projects.
• Connect with recent college graduates and company leaders through mentoring and young professionals programs.
• Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures for basic design tasks, data collection, and planset and estimate creation.
• Perform assignments under the direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager.
• Perform other duties as needed.
