Second-level supervisory position in Yazoo County, accountable for coordinating and directing the work of multiple maintenance supervisors. Jobs at this level may oversee more complex work or require oversight of work in multiple technical areas or departments. Employee supervision includes hiring recommendations; training; work planning, assignments, and review; performance assessments; coaching; and progressive discipline. Supervision at this level also requires employees to possess the knowledge and skills necessary to perform and review the work they oversee.
