Enter and maintain employee timesheets for the Fiscal and Bridge Departments to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
Process water account payments and maintain records to ensure payments are received and posted.
Enter, review, and process invoices and service contracts for district purchases with proper documentation.
Process and maintain travel expense documentation for district employees.
Enter local delivery orders into spreadsheets and tracking logs, monitor outstanding invoices and payments.
Maintain organized financial records and provide administrative support to the district.
Serve as backup for entering monthly utility expenses.
