Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with 6 years of craft experience, with at least 2 years in production supervisory experience.
• ApprenticeGraduate/AA Degree with 2 years of craft experience and at least 2 years in production supervisory experience.
• Willingness and ability to work any shift assigned.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, assigns, coordinates and evaluates semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel according to their skill, experience and job knowledge.
• Supervises and trains employees to improve quality and quantity of work performed.
• Recommends training to enhance skill and productivity of employees and assists in development of training procedures.
• Breaks broad strategies down to practical action plans and ensures employees are trained to perform these plans.
• Responsible for complying with all drawings, procedures, etc., and for manufacturing, installation, operation, testing, and process operations with significant financial impact.
