Job summary

Ingalls Shipbuilding, a division of HII, is seeking a production supervisor to lead and develop trades personnel across multiple shifts at the Pascagoula facility. You will oversee planning, training, and execution to ensure quality and cost targets are met.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in production supervision, hands-on coaching, and the ability to interpret drawings and procedures while coordinating with multiple crafts and departments.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED with 6 years of craft experience, including 2 years in production supervisory roles.
• Apprentice Graduate or AA Degree with 2 years of supervisory experience is acceptable.
• Must be willing to work any shift assigned.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, assign, coordinate and evaluate semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel.
• Train employees to improve quality and productivity and develop procedures.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, procedures and budget performance across shifts.
