Qualifications

• BS in a multi-disciplined engineering field; broad geotechnical specialty preferred.
• 10 years of related experience as an engineering consultant/designer in geotechnical.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Advanced project management, technical consulting, and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the power and energy service line including strategic planning and delivery.
• Oversee project execution, including technical design, calculations, and reporting.
• Manage staffing, workload distribution, and team performance across projects.
• Develop proposals, budgets, and project financials; ensure quality execution.
