Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
- PE license required or in process.
- 12+ years' experience delivering transportation and infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to lead teams, win work, and develop client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow V3’s Ohio transportation design group and mentor staff.
- Shape growth strategy by identifying market opportunities and expanding public-sector presence.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, agencies, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and mentor technical team members and strengthen capabilities.
- Promote a culture aligned with V3 values: ownership, collaboration, and community pride.
- Coordinate across offices, disciplines, and market sectors to deliver projects.
- Drive performance with clear priorities, disciplined delivery, and accountability.
- Support pursuits and best practices across the firm.
