Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred.
• 12+ years of experience delivering transportation and infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to lead people, manage teams, and drive business outcomes.
• Strong communication, client relationship and project delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow V3's Ohio transportation design group.
• Shape growth strategy by identifying market opportunities and expanding public-sector presence.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, agencies, partners and stakeholders.
• Develop and mentor technical team members to grow into larger roles.
• Drive disciplined project delivery, resource planning, and accountability for results.
