V3 Companies is seeking a high-impact Transportation Group Leader to guide and grow our Ohio transportation practice. You will lead a visible, market-facing team of planners, engineers, and designers, shaping strategy and delivering transportation solutions that move communities forward.
You will build and mentor a talented group, win meaningful work, and collaborate across the North American firm to leverage our full capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with PE license.
- 12+ years delivering transportation and infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and people-development track record.
- Proven ability to grow market presence and win work.
- Familiarity with OpenRoads Designer, MicroStation, Civil 3D or similar.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow V3’s Ohio transportation design group, building a high-performing team.
- Shape growth strategy by identifying market opportunities and expanding public-sector work.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, agencies, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and mentor technical staff to advance to larger roles.
- Foster a collaborative, owner-driven culture across offices and service lines.
- Drive performance through clear priorities and disciplined project delivery.
- Collaborate across disciplines to strengthen pursuits and client service.
- Champion safety, quality, and long-term value creation.
