Job summary

South Middlesex Opportunity Council (SMOC) is seeking a Transportation/Food Coordinator to oversee safety and food supplies at COE House, coordinate external appointments, and provide transportation for COE and Serenity clients to appointments and meetings.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 25 lbs, and experience supporting clients in a community setting. A Monday–Friday schedule of 8:00 AM–4:00 PM with a 35-hour work week is offered, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance standards.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and drive a van.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and food supplies at COE House.
• Coordinate transportation for up to 16 COE program participants and Serenity clients.
• Transport clients to essential meetings and appointments.
• Coordinate daily external appointments for clients and maintain appointment log.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance and driver log.
