Job summary

The Finish Line is seeking a Senior Transportation Analyst to produce and interpret KPI reports for transportation and supply chain operations. You will perform root cause analysis and partner with data analytics and finance to drive improvements in parcel transportation and budgeting.

You will maintain KPI dashboards, support monthly accruals with SOX-compliant processes, and mentor the associate analyst while collaborating with internal and external partners to optimize network and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years analytics experience preferred.
• Strong Excel/Access; SQL and Power BI experience preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with data analytics and finance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve KPI reporting and dashboards for Supply Chain with emphasis on parcel transportation.
• Perform root cause analysis on variances with recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure data integrity with the ability to propose reliability improvements.
• Establish relationships with cross-functional partners in data analytics and finance.
• Engage external freight audit and benchmarking sources.
