R548US The Finish Line Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Senior Transportation Analyst to support transportation and supply chain operations. This role involves producing KPI reports, root cause analysis, and improving operational processes.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have 3-5 years of experience in analytics within supply chain or finance. Proficiency with Microsoft Access, Excel, and SQL is required.
The Senior Transportation Analyst produces and interprets KPI reports in support of transportation and supply chain operational business and provides root cause analysis/solutions in support of trend variances. Must be able to work cross‑functionally with both internal and external key business partners. Small package operational tasks as needed to help support the business. This individual should effectively exhibit JD Finish Line’s core values of Customer, People, Winning, Community, and Financial Responsibility in everything they do by performing the following key duties:
Required Education and/or Experience- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Supply Chain, Transportation, Accounting, Operations Management, Finance, Business Administration or other related field from a four‑year college or university. Additional 3 - 5 years’ experience preferably in supply chain, transportation, finance or related field analytics. Internal candidates with JD Finish Line experience strongly preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advanced knowledge and abilities with Microsoft Access and Excel. Knowledge and experience using SQL queries and Microsoft Power BI preferred.

Punctuality and regular attendance consistent with the company’s policies are required for the position. Average work week is 45-50 hours, which can vary depending on business need. The work environment for this position is a moderately noisy office setting. Job tasks and responsibilities may require exposure to a moderate to loud warehouse setting.
