Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. in Duncan, OK seeks a Distribution Center Maintenance Team Member to provide safe, effective maintenance to Family Dollar Transportation equipment, including trailers and yard trucks.

The shift is Monday–Thursday, 5:30am–4:30pm, with a pay rate of $25/hr. Requirements include a high school diploma, at least 1 year in heavy-duty maintenance, and a valid driver’s license with Air Brakes certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in heavy-duty truck and trailer maintenance.
• Roll-around tool chest and hand tools required.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to all systems, sub-systems and components of company trailers.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections on yard trucks.
• Identify warranty opportunities and assist with claims.
• Coach and assist Class C Technicians.
• Conduct periodic equipment inspections and PM follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory.
• Assist in other maintenance-related activities as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work area.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
