The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in roadway and highway design including project and staff management skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in design of roadways, highways, and interstates.
• Experience making presentations to elected officials and advisory boards.
• Experience managing single and multi-discipline projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of projects having local, state, and regional benefits.
• Participate in business development including networking and proposal preparation.
• Coordinate staff activities to achieve project budget, schedule, and quality.
