Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking a transportation engineer to plan and design projects for public agencies from our Pittsburgh location. You will conduct transportation analyses, prepare reports and construction documents, and contribute to feasibility evaluations.

The role requires a civil engineering degree with traffic planning coursework and at least two years of related experience; MicroStation, GIS, and CAD proficiency will be used daily. Pittsburgh-based with potential for partial remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with coursework in traffic engineering and urban transportation planning.
• Minimum two years of experience in the position offered.

Responsibilities

• Plan and engineer transportation projects for public/governmental agencies.
• Conduct transportation analyses and traffic engineering studies.
• Prepare technical documents, contract drawings, and specifications.
• Utilize MicroStation, GIS, and CAD for design and analysis; perform field inspections as needed.
