Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP is seeking a civil engineering intern in our Philadelphia, PA office. You will gain exposure to transportation engineering disciplines while collaborating with experienced engineers on projects from local intersections to major interchanges, working with clients like PennDOT and DelDOT.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
Ability to handle multiple assignments.
Experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude and willingness to work cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineers on transportation projects.
Gain exposure to multiple disciplines within transportation engineering.
Work on projects ranging from local intersection improvements to major interchange programs.
