Qualifications

Work alongside an experienced Transportation and Highway Design Professionals team dedicated to improving roadway and highway infrastructure. As a Roadway and Highway Design intern during the summer of 2026, you will contribute to engineering projects that involve highway and roadway design, traffic analysis, and plan preparation. You will gain valuable hands‑on experience in engineering design software, construction documentation, and collaborative project delivery.

Location

This internship will be based in our Boston, MA office with opportunities for mentorship from senior engineers and exposure to project sites.

What We Are Looking For

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Massachusetts Pay Transparency Act Massachusetts Pay Transparency Act . The final agreed‑upon compensation is based on numerous factors, including but not limited to individual education, qualifications, prior work experience, and geographic location. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary, overtime, and bonuses.
