Woolpert is hiring a Transportation Engineering Group Manager to join our dynamic Transportation Engineering team at one of the following offices: Columbus, Dayton, or Cincinnati, Ohio. This people‑management role oversees the overall health of the group and is responsible for complex engineering design tasks, business development, client contact, and sustained growth of our transportation design team.
We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.
Qualified candidates may be eligible for a signing bonus of up to $5,000, based on experience and role alignment. Bonus eligibility is contingent upon 12 months of service and must be repaid if the employee leaves the company within one year of hire.
