DESCRIPTION
Join our Transportation Engineering team in Santa Ana, CA. The Engineer/Project Manager will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and designers in all aspects of design and plan preparation for roadway, highway, and civil improvement projects for State, City, and County agencies in California.
The successful candidate will deliver projects per agreed to plan, budget, and quality objectives. Will lead, assign, and review work of the project delivery team; check work and progress and identify changes of scope and additional services. Duties include but are not limited to the following:

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $120,000-$190,000, dependent on the experience and expertise of the incoming candidate. This role is also eligible for a discretionary bonus based upon corporate and individual performance.
