Kimley-Horn’s Phoenix, AZ office is seeking a Civil Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our Transportation Planning and Traffic team. This is not a remote position and offers opportunities to lead diverse transportation projects.

You will manage projects, mentor staff, and collaborate with jurisdictions and clients while contributing to marketing efforts and business development. A PE license or ability to obtain within 12 months is preferred.
