Job summary

HNTB seeks an engineer to assist in producing and modifying design calculations, technical reports, engineering plans and specifications for assigned projects. You will work with the project team to develop conceptual and detailed designs using current drawing tools.

Required is a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with familiarity in MicroStation and AutoCAD; a Master’s degree and EIT are a plus. Location is Scott Depot, WV, with on-site duties and project support responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Familiarity with MicroStation and AutoCAD preferred.
• Master's degree and EIT certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work within the schedule and hours provided.
• Supports preparation and modification of project reports, plans, designs, and calculations.
• Assists in preparation of project quantity and cost estimates.
• Assists engineering teams with organization and administrative support of design files.
• Supports engineering tasks including research, data collection, field investigations, and design of projects.
