HNTB Transportation Engineer I in Scott Depot, West Virginia, is responsible for assisting with design calculations, reports, and specifications for assigned projects. You will contribute to project execution by developing designs, calculations, and supporting efforts with the project team.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and familiarity with MS Office, MicroStation or OpenRoads Designer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Understanding of engineering principles relevant to the discipline.
• Familiarity with MS Office; MicroStation and/or OpenRoads Designer.

Responsabilités

• Completes assigned work within the schedule and hours provided.
• Supports the preparation and modification of project reports, plans, designs, and calculations.
• Assists in the preparation of project quantity and cost estimates.
• Assists engineering teams with organization and administrative support of design files.
• Supports engineering teams with research, data collection, field investigations, and design of projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
