Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking experienced Transportation engineers to support FDOT and municipal transportation projects in Florida. This role offers a pathway to lead technical teams or move into project management as you grow within a rapidly expanding consultancy.

You will lead roadway geometric design, drainage, and traffic control plans, review construction documents, and perform complex calculations for horizontal and vertical alignments. Mentoring junior engineers is also a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of roadway/transportation design experience.
• Proficiency in MicroStation/Geopak/OpenRoads Designer.
• EIT required; working toward PE license; PE preferred.

• Solid knowledge of AASHTO and state DOT roadway design standards
• EIT required minimum; working toward PE license. P.E preferred
