Job summary

GPAC is partnered with an award-winning multi-disciplinary firm expanding its team in Minneapolis, MN. The Transportation Engineer / Project Manager will lead highway design projects, budgets, schedules, and client coordination in a hybrid setting, with opportunities for professional growth and licensure reimbursement.

The role requires PE eligibility within 6 months, 4+ years of transportation project design, and proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil3D.

Qualifications

• PE license (able to obtain within 6 months)
• 4+ years of transportation project design experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil3D
• Plan, report and specification production skills
• Experience with transportation structures including bridges and culverts
• Experience with construction inspection of transportation projects

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects, prepare and monitor budgets, project scheduling
• Manage projects for transportation engineering and planning projects
• Design of new highway roadways, reconditioning of existing highways, intersections and roundabouts, construction staging, erosion control and storm water management as it relates to highways, bridge approaches, right of way, and construction
• Provide support and project lead for planning, design, and reporting on various transportation projects

Responsibilities

Required Experience
