Job summary

William Charles Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical infrastructure projects in the Transportation Group from our Indianapolis, IN office. You will oversee planning, design, and execution of street lighting, traffic signals, ITS, substations, and Port of Entry upgrades, collaborating with safety, field teams, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Eng/Construction Mgmt background with 5+ years of multi-project experience, strong CPM scheduling, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 5+ years of industry experience overseeing multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Partner with safety to implement safety programs
• Monitor and report costs, change orders, and invoicing
• Work with project superintendents to identify needed equipment and skill sets
• Manage cost accounting, schedule impacts, and change order logs
• Submit quarterly cost-to-complete projections
• Coordinate equipment acquisitions and subcontractor costs
• Review permits and licenses when required
• Manage project documentation and closeout activities
