The NEEDS Center is seeking van drivers to transport people with disabilities to Day Center Programs in Rowley, MA and Tewksbury, MA. Schedule is 30 hrs/week with shifts 7am-10am and 2pm-5pm. Pay is $20/hr and a $1000 sign-on bonus ($500 at hire, $500 after 6 months).

A regular driver's license and a good driving record are required. Positions may extend to full-time by working with individuals in day programs.

Qualifications

• Regular driver's license with a good driving record.
• 3+ years of driving history preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

The NEEDS Center is looking for van drivers to transport people with disabilities to-and-from our Day Center Programs located in Rowley, MA and Tewksbury, MA

• You will be driving NEEDS Center company vans and cars.
• Schedule is 30 hrs per week
• Work hours for these positions are primarily: 7am-10am and 2pm-5pm daily.
• Positions can also be extended to full-time positions for qualified applicants, if desired, by working with individuals in our day programs during program hours.
• All you need is a regular driver's license and a good driving record.

Pay: $20/hr

Responsibilities Include:

• Transporting individuals to and from NEEDS Center Day Programs in company-owned vehicles
• Assisting individuals in and out of the vehicles
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record

Qualifications Include:

• You must have a good driving record with at least 3 years of driving history that can be confirmed
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred, but not necessary)
