Job summary

Clarion Psychiatric Center is seeking a driver to transport patients and family members to admissions, discharges, ER visits, and related activities across Central and Western Pennsylvania and Ohio.

The role requires flexibility for on-call/variable hours. A valid PA driver’s license and clean driving record are essential, with preference for experience in mental health transport and safeguarding patient privacy.

Qualifications

• Valid PA Driver's License is required.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• One or more years of passenger transport experience preferred.
• Experience in mental health setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients and family to admissions, discharge, ER visits, and activities.
• Operate primarily in Central and Western Pennsylvania and Ohio.
• Be available on an as-needed basis with variable hours.
• Maintain professional conduct and protect patient privacy.

Responsibilities

The driver is responsible for the transportation of patients, including family members when needed, to and from the Clarion Psychiatric Center for admission, discharge, emergency room visits, and other activities. Transportation is primarily in the local area and within Central and Western Pennsylvania and Ohio. This position requires the flexibility to be called on an \"as needed\" basis and work variable hours.
