Model Dairy LLC is seeking a dependable Class A CDL driver for local route deliveries in Roseburg, Oregon. You will load/unload, maintain temperatures, and ensure loads meet legal weight and safety standards on every trip.

You will operate a handheld route accounting computer, coordinate with depot staff, and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Prior delivery experience preferred; reliability is essential.

Competenze

• Commercial Driver’s License, Class A, with at least 18 months driving experience.
• Current Medical Examination Card.

• Loads and unloads products from delivery truck using hand trucks and pallet jacks on some routes.
• Knowledge of all products both current and new.

• Observe all driving laws, safe and defensive driving is very important.
• Make sure your load is secure before moving.
• Learn to operate the Handheld Route accounting computer and printer assigned to each driver
• Keep delivery truck clear of clutter and clean up spills.
• Report vehicle and safety concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Transfer inner office mail and pick up freight when applicable.
• Mount tire chains on specified tires as needed (subject to weather conditions)
• Confirm load is of legal weight
• Other duties as assigned
