Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated transporter to move residents to appointments and activities, with emergency transport as needed. You will help maintain safety compliance and support facility operations under community policies.

Job offers full-time hours with day shifts and a pay range of $20.00–$22.00 per hour. Eligibility for benefits begins the first of the month after 30 days. CPR certification and a valid driver’s license are required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent is required.
• Must possess a valid driver license, in good standing.
• CPR certification required or willing to obtain.
• Sufficient English proficiency to understand traffic signs, inquiries, and documentation.
• Must meet Community driver approval process.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to and from scheduled appointments and activities, including emergencies.
• Assist Maintenance Director to ensure Life Safety Code and facility upkeep in line with policies.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to transport residents to and from scheduled appointments, activity functions, and in emergency transport situations as directed. Follows all regulatory and safety policies. You will also assist the Maintenance Director in ensuring the Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities are maintained in good working order and in accordance with community policies, state and federal regulations. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent is required.
• Must be CPR certified or willing to obtain certification.
• Must possess a valid driver license, in good standing as determined by the Community, and must be a minimum of twenty-five (25) years of age.
• Must demonstrate sufficient English proficiency to understand traffic signs, respond to inquiries, and complete required documentation.
• Must meet Community driver approval process and have related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.

Shift & Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
• Shifts Needed: 7:00a - 3:30p or 8:00a - 4:30p
• Wage: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
