Shift

Monday-Friday, 7am-4:30pm

How You Will Make a Difference
  • Navigate and travel throughout Marion County to ensure timely transportation
  • Safely pick up and deliver residents to designated locations
  • Complete pre- and post-trip reports for each journey in an 8-passenger van
  • Document relevant details accurately
  • Prioritize duties aligned with organizational goals
  • Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook and operational manuals
  • Complete and update mandatory training and licensure requirements timely
  • Maintain accurate and legible documentation
  • Report incidents, including suspected exploitation, abuse, or neglect
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least 6 months of transportation experience required
  • Minimum age of 18, per licensure requirements
  • Valid Indiana driver’s license with a driving record meeting insurance eligibility
  • Successful pre-employment physical
  • CPR certification (ability to pass and maintain)
  • Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) certification if working in children’s residential settings
  • Critical Moments Training (CMT) certification (ability to pass and maintain)
  • Meet background screening requirements as per policy
Physical and Visual Requirements

Ability to work in an office setting, stand or sit for prolonged periods, occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, twist, lift/carry/push/pull up to 35 lbs, operate office equipment, travel, and communicate verbally.
