Job summary

Medilodge of Green View in Alpena, MI is seeking a Transportation Driver to safely operate the facility van for appointments and activities, while providing compassionate resident support. You will maintain the vehicle, assist residents, and cooperate with staff to ensure timely transportation and a comfortable experience for all residents under company policies.

Knowledge of routes and maps helps; you will follow all safety and privacy protocols and document trips as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to drive a facility van and assist residents.

Responsibilities

• Drive facility van to and from appointments and activities.
• Provide emotional support to residents.
• Keep van clean, tidy, and mechanically sound.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
• Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct, its policies and procedures.
