Job summary

Wisconsin Food Hub Cooperative (WFHC) in Waupaca, Wisconsin, is seeking a Transportation & Dispatch Coordinator for the WFHC Transport division. You will dispatch drivers, manage daily pickup and delivery schedules, and coordinate loads with producers, customers, and carriers.

You will track freight, ETAs, and delivery documentation (PODs, BOLs), maintain ELD logs and DOT/FMCSA compliance records, and serve as the day-to-day contact for drivers.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, routing, or transportation coordination.
• Familiarity with transportation systems (Verizon Connect a plus).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The role:
