Job summary

The Prescott Unified School District seeks a dedicated coordinator to serve as the central communication hub for school bus operations. You will guide drivers on routes, coordinate with mechanics, and manage radio and phone inquiries from parents and district staff.

The role supports the Director by responding to emergencies, handling confidential personnel records, and completing daily administrative tasks, ensuring safe, efficient student transportation and adherence to district policies.

Job description

This role serves as the central communication hub for school bus operations, guiding drivers on routes, coordinating with mechanics, and managing radio and phone inquiries from parents and district staff. It directly supports the Director by responding to emergencies, handling confidential personnel records, and completing daily administrative tasks. Overall, the position ensures safe, efficient student transportation while maintaining high standards of professionalism and policy compliance.

All P.U.S.D. employees must have an IVP fingerprint card.
