Job summary

Prescott Unified School District 1 is seeking a Helpdesk Technician to support and maintain organizational computer systems, desktops, and peripherals. This is a Tier 1 entry-level position working full time.

The role requires reliable, customer-focused IT support, with standard 8-hour shifts over a 12-month contract. All employees must pass IVP fingerprint clearance.

Full time 12 month - 8 hours/day position

The Helpdesk Technician's role is to support and maintain organizational computer systems, desktops, and peripherals. This is a Tier 1 entry-level support position.

All P.U.S.D. employees must have an IVP fingerprint card.

All Full time (6 or more hours per day) PUSD employees receive the following benefits in addition to their salary or hourly pay.
