Ardurra seeks a Transportation Director to lead major Rocky Mountain transportation projects, including P3 and public agency work. You will oversee operations, profitability, and business development while guiding project managers and engineers to deliver on budget and schedule.
The ideal candidate has 15+ years in transportation, a PE license, and proven leadership. Travel to Phoenix, Salt Lake City, or Las Vegas will be required as projects demand coordination with clients and teams.

The Transportation Director will have operational responsibility for a portion of the business and plan, direct, and oversee transportation projects within Ardurra's Rocky Mountain Region Transportation Practice. You will be responsible for overall operations and profit and loss, business development, proposal development, project management, and oversight for various public agency projects. This is an exceptional opportunity to be involved with large transportation projects for our key clients. Qualified applicants will be able to demonstrate an established career in the transportation industry and have a successful track record with the delivery of large transportation projects. The objective of the position is to lead, pursue, develop, and execute major projects required to deliver client programs within established and agreed budgets and schedules. You will also provide technical expertise to ensure that projects are delivered on budget, on schedule, and the technical and quality standards meet all expectations. In addition to your project responsibilities, you will provide technical solutions and advice, mentoring and development to other engineers. Position is available out of Phoenix AZ, Salt Lake City UT or Las Vegas NV.
