Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Digital Delivery Lead for our Transportation group. You will shape and lead digital delivery strategy, overseeing BIM governance, model coordination, and data-rich project outcomes on major transportation programs.

You will partner with project managers and technical teams to standardize workflows, develop training, and grow capabilities across the organization while advancing innovative BIM uses and digital twin concepts.

Qualifications

• 5 years digital design (BIM element authoring) and 5 years digital delivery (model management) experience.
• Strong understanding of building systems, discipline coordination, and 3D design workflows.
• Experience with BIM software and CDE workflows, standards and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Area Transportation digital delivery practice by setting strategy and accelerating adoption.
• Define BIM scope and fees, develop BIM Execution Plans, and enforce model-based standards.
• Serve as BIM/digital delivery lead on major projects and coordinate with other leads to ensure quality and consistency.
• Standardize BIM, CDE, QA/QC, and model governance practices to reduce rework and increase confidence in deliverables.
• Mentor and grow a multidisciplinary network of digital design leads and BIM managers.
