Ayres Associates seeks a confident design engineer to contribute to transportation projects for public and private clients in Saint Paul, MN. You will work with experienced staff across roadway, structure, traffic, and construction teams to deliver smart, high-quality designs.

Required: civil engineering degree with a transportation focus and at least 4 years of transportation design; proficiency in Civil 3D/OpenRoads Designer; valid MN driver's license. PE in Minnesota a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a transportation emphasis.
• Minimum of 4 years in transportation-related design.
• Proficient with Civil 3D and/or OpenRoads Designer roadway design software.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with a design team to discuss objectives and design strategies.
• Perform geometric design and other roadway design tasks per standards.
• Prepare final plans, specs and estimates.
• Mentor less experienced staff and review work for quality control.
