Qualifications

• Experience in transportation engineering and design.
• Ability to prepare permit applications and bid documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with PennDOT ECMS and ePermitting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform capital improvement transportation designs.
• Prepare State regulatory permit applications—Highway Occupancy Permitting.
• Prepare bid plans and specifications.
• Compose letters, memoranda, reports and studies.
• Perform site investigations and field reconnaissance.
• Coordinate projects with Transportation and other disciplines.
