• Familiarity with Adobe or Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Assist office leadership in proposal documents and preliminary project evaluations.
• Develop peer networks with staff at other firms and public agencies.
• Coordinate project tasks and report to project manager on budget, schedule, and status.
• Support Indianapolis and regional offices on infrastructure projects.

A Typical Day May Include

• Assisting office leadership in the preparation of proposal documents and preliminary project evaluations
• Developing peer network with staff at other firms and public agencies to enhance personal and firm relationships during project coordination efforts
• Coordinating project tasks and reporting to project manager and supervisory staff to assist in budget, schedule, and project status tracking
• Supporting Indianapolis and regional offices on a variety of infrastructure projects

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering degree from an ABET accredited program
• Passed Professional Engineering (PE) exam (preferred)
• 4-8 years relevant work experience in public sector work preferred
• Microsoft Office products: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
• Adobe or Bluebeam
