• Strong technical, leadership, communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead bridge and structures projects from concept to completion, overseeing quality, budget and schedule.
• Cultivate client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Mentor and manage project teams with technical guidance.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies.
• Lead client and stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare proposals, reports and feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients and subconsultants.
• Review, certify and seal design documents as required.
• Update Team Manager on project development.

Your Role as a Bridge & Structures Project Manager:

Requirements

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or a related field) from an ABET‑accredited program.


• PE license in Indiana (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
