Job summary

Gresham Smith in Memphis, TN is hiring a West TN CEI Department Leader to create and manage project schedules. The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree and at least 2 years of project scheduling experience, using CPM and work breakdown structures. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, creating recovery schedules, and assisting project managers. Qualifications

• 2 or more years of project scheduling experience using work breakdown structure and critical path method (CPM).
• Ability to learn Georgia Department of Transportation systems, policies, and procedures.
• Experience in the Architectural/Engineering industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, monitor, and analyze project schedules aligned with best project management practices.
• Track baselines, perform what-if analyses, and assist in developing contingency plans.
• Identify projects significantly behind baseline schedules and develop recovery schedules for PM approval.
