SZ PM Consultants, Inc. is seeking a full-time transportation data engineer to support long-range access planning, project controls, and communication initiatives for a major infrastructure program.

The role emphasizes data analytics, process improvement, and performance reporting to inform decision-making. The successful candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and capable of presenting data clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years in business process improvement, data analysis, and project reporting.
• Experience with process mapping, risk analysis, and developing data tools is preferred.
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills with ability to create professional dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership with research, analysis, and communications related to long-range scheduling, access planning, and performance tracking.
• Produce high-quality documents and visual materials including dashboards, presentations, policies, and procedures.
• Gather, organize, and evaluate diverse datasets through surveys, workshops, interviews, and task analysis.
• Document processes, data requirements, risks, and system gaps to inform improvements.
• Develop reporting tools for internal distribution and stakeholder engagement.
• Present findings and dashboards to management in a clear, concise format.
